Information about your delivery during the coronavirus pandemic

Coronavirus – COVID-19

It goes without saying that at DynaGroup too there has been no escape from COVID-19, and we have put the health and safety of our employees and customers first. Samen met onze opdrachtgevers hebben wij hebben de nodige maatregelen getroffen om onze dienstverlening te kunnen continueren. Together with our clients, we have taken the necessary steps to allow us to keep providing our services. We will continue to do so as long as this can be done in a responsible manner, in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS), and as long as the health and safety of our employees can be guaranteed.

We provide our employees with the correct protective equipment, work as hygienically as possible, keep a distance of 1.5 metres and follow the RIVM and FPS guidelines to the letter. If you have an appointment and health issues related to COVID-19, please inform our Customer Service and reschedule your appointment.

FAQ

Will coronavirus affect your delivery on the agreed day?

Unless you inform us that you have symptoms (cold, cough, sore throat or fever) or are in home isolation, we will simply deliver your order. We follow the RIVM guidelines and take responsibility together with our delivery staff to prevent further spread of the virus. Our delivery staff will respect the 1.5-metre rule as much as possible.

What will happen to my delivery ik I am ill and/or in home isolation?

The health and safety of our customers and our delivery staff is our highest priority. If you have any symptoms (cold, cough, sore throat or fever) or are in home isolation, please contact us and together we will consider the best course of action for your delivery.
